List of Indian Air-to-Surface Missiles (ASM)
| S. No. | Missile / System | Approximate Range | Category / Role / Status |
| 1 | Rudram-I (NG-ARM) | About 100–250 km (reported) | Indigenous air-launched anti-radiation missile designed to target enemy radar and other radio-frequency emitters; flight-tested. |
| 2 | Rudram-II | Not officially confirmed | Indigenous air-to-surface missile developed by DRDO; successfully flight-tested in 2024 and again in June 2026. |
| 3 | Rudram-III | Not officially confirmed | Reported advanced air-to-surface missile programme; specifications and operational status require official confirmation. |
| 4 | BrahMos-A | About 300–450 km, depending on variant | Air-launched supersonic cruise missile jointly developed by India and Russia; integrated with the Su-30MKI. |
| 5 | HELINA (Dhruvastra) | Up to about 7 km | Indigenous helicopter-launched anti-tank guided missile developed by DRDO. |
| 6 | SANT | About 15–20 km (reported) | Indigenous stand-off anti-tank guided missile programme designed for helicopter launch; flight-tested. |
| 7 | ULPGM-V1 | Variant-dependent | Indigenous unpowered / powered precision-guided munition family; V1 is an air-to-surface guided weapon. |
| 8 | ULPGM-V2 | Variant-dependent | Reported variant of the indigenous Unmanned / Universal Lightweight Precision Guided Munition family; configuration and status require confirmation. |
| 9 | ULPGM-V3 | Not officially confirmed | Reported development variant of the ULPGM family; public specifications are limited. |
| 10 | Kh-29 | About 10–30 km, depending on variant | Russian-origin air-to-surface missile family historically associated with Indian combat aircraft. |
| 11 | Kh-31P | About 100–150 km, depending on variant | Russian-origin anti-radiation missile designed to target enemy radar systems; reported in connection with Indian aircraft. |
| 12 | Kh-59 | Variant-dependent | Russian-origin air-to-surface cruise missile family; service configuration and current Indian inventory require verification. |
| 13 | SCALP-EG | Over 250 km (reported) | French-origin long-range air-launched cruise missile operated by India's Rafale fighters. |
| 14 | Crystal Maze (Popeye) | About 60–100 km, depending on variant | Israeli-origin air-to-surface stand-off weapon family associated with Indian combat aircraft. |
| 15 | SPICE-2000 | About 60 km (reported) | Israeli-origin precision-guided stand-off weapon; technically a guidance kit for a bomb, not a standalone missile. |
| 16 | HAMMER (AASM) | About 15–70 km, depending on release conditions and variant | French-origin precision-guided air-to-ground weapon used with Rafale aircraft; powered glide munition rather than a conventional missile. |
| 17 | Gaurav | About 80 km (reported) | Indigenous long-range glide bomb developed by DRDO; precision-guided air-to-surface weapon, not a missile. |
| 18 | Gautham | About 30 km (reported) | Indigenous guided glide-bomb programme for air-to-ground strikes; not a powered missile. |
| 19 | SAAW (Smart Anti-Airfield Weapon) | Up to about 90–100 km | Indigenous precision-guided standoff air-to-surface weapon designed to attack ground installations and airfields; developed by DRDO. |
| 20 | Sudarshan | Variant-dependent | Indigenous laser-guided bomb guidance system; included for reference but is not a standalone missile. |
Notes:
- Rudram-I and Rudram-II are indigenous air-launched weapons developed by DRDO. A successful flight test does not necessarily establish operational induction.
- BrahMos-A is an air-launched variant of the jointly developed BrahMos cruise missile.
- HELINA and SANT are helicopter-launched guided missiles intended primarily for anti-armour roles.
- SCALP-EG, Crystal Maze, SPICE-2000, HAMMER, Kh-29 and Kh-31P are foreign-origin weapons associated with Indian aircraft; they are not indigenous Indian designs.
- Gaurav, Gautham, SAAW and Sudarshan are included for broader air-to-ground weapons coverage. They are not all missiles in the strict technical sense.
- Ranges are approximate, and published figures vary by variant, launch platform, altitude and release conditions. Some programme names and inventory details remain incompletely documented in public sources.
